Customer service the last 2 weekends haven't been what you'ld expect when spending $8 on a coffee at the drive-thru, and after asking for classic syrup, they act like 1 pump should be plenty.
My irritation won't let me not give them a 2 star rating.

Took a bit for a single iced coffee. The employees were messing around. By they seemed nice enough it wasn’t to much of a deal. Good coffee and atmosphere. Just took a while.
Drivers Beware: this store will not start your order until after you arive and every other customer has their order, even if it takes 20-30mins. They do not respect our time.
